Go home weather, you're drunk

My phone has lots of nifty features. One of these is a cute little animation that goes along with the weather when you unlock the screen. You get windscreen wipers for rain, Michael-Bay lens flare for sun, and little build-ups of snow in the corners of the screen for snow. It's all very nice and probably requires more computing power than we took to the moon.

Over the last couple of days, it's basically given up. At the moment it's showing snow AND sunshine and is probably about to have some kind of breakdown any time soon. I watched a white-out from the top floor of the City Arts Centre, and currently have blue skies outside my window.

I know March is supposed to be "in like a lion, out like a lamb" (although the Wiki entry has it under "false lore", so what do I know?) but I didn't think it was supposed to be "in like a very cold thing, out like an even colder thing". Yeah, it snowed in April when I was born, but people weren't dying of exposure in frickin' Britain after walking home from the pub.

Weather, stop it. Give the lovely daffs along the Clyde a break, and let us sit outside in beer-gardens like we're supposed to at this time of year.
