Today I got to do something I've been looking forward to all week.
It's a guilty pleasure, really. But one I share with plenty of other people, that no-one really wants to admit to.
Oh yeah, today I went to Ikea. And I liked it.
My shopping list was:
1. A Billy bookcase.
2. Omar shelves for my baking things.
I came out with:
1. A Billy bookcase, with £10 off because it was ex-display. Bargain.
2. A Bygel trolley for my baking stuff. It's got wee hooks on the side, and you can get little containers that clip onto it. NIFTY.
3. 2 lovely deep bowls for pasta and soup and the like.
4. A polka-dot laptop stand, because my laptop has a tendency to overheat when I use it in bed.
5. A great big pan for making the aforementioned soup.
6. This bedlinen. I'm single, I no longer have to take anyone's masculine feelings into account when I buy bedlinen. Thus, flowers and pink gingham. GINGHAM.
7. A set of Tupperware with about eleventy million different little containers for £3. I foresee lots of packed lunches in my future, YAS!
